Henrik Lykkeby ansvarig för våra studiesamarbeten inom urologi
In the last few years, medac has been involved in several studies in the urological field, as we want to focus more on urological research within non-muscle invasive bladder cancer.
Therefore, from 1 April 2023, medac’s Danish Field Product Manager Henrik Lykkeby will also take on the role of Nordic project manager for IITs (Investigator Initiated Studies) in urology.
The goal is to give research partners in the Nordic healthcare system an easy and simple opportunity to provide input and ideas, and enter into exciting studies or projects, for the benefit of the Nordic non-muscle invasive bladder cancer patients.
Nordic ongoing studies include the DWELL-Time study, which evaluates the potential clinical effect of a regimen with reduction of dwell time during BCG instillations regarding side effects, adherence to the instillation regimen and oncological outcome.
DWELL-Time is a multicenter study which is currently recruiting patients from 12 centra in Scandinavia;
